Digital study material

Because study material is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided fewer than 20% of the material has been accessed.

Test series

Test series purchases can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no test has been attempted. Once a full-length test has been attempted, the purchase is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@prepgates.com from the address used at purchase, with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Access revocation

When a refund is processed, access to the corresponding material is revoked.
